Your campaign is led by Morgen Watson, RYA Yachtmaster-certified captain, onboard throughout the program to provide expert offshore coaching. The charter includes dedicated training days prior to the race, giving the crew time to learn the boat, refine sail handling, and optimize performance as a team — whether you’re stepping up to your first major offshore race or sharpening competitive edge.

Please note: in line with race rules and offshore safety standards, a minimum of 30% of the crew must hold a current Sea Survival certificate to participate.
